Simon Sturgis

Simon Sturgis AADip RIBA is widely recognised as an expert, an innovator and a lateral thinker in delivering a low carbon, resource efficient, built environment. He is an environmental specialist focusing on carbon reduction Policy and Strategy. 

He has authored official policy on Embodied and Whole Life Carbon for the RICS, the RIBA and co-authored the Greater London Authority’s new London Plan Whole Life Carbon Policy SI2. He is an advisor to ‘Architects Declare’ the professions response to the climate emergency. 

Simon is or has been an advisor to the following on project based low carbon delivery: World Wildlife Fund, Google, British Land, M&S, Grosvenor, Legal & General, Warwick University, Grosvenor, Gatwick Airport, BEIS, DCMS, DCLG, English Heritage, the UKGBC, and the BBP.
